You can run anywhere, anytime. It’s healthy and it’s free. Running doesn’t require talent or skills. The more you run, the better you get at it and the more you’ll like it.

My name is Martijn Lafeber. I like traveling and running. Luckily, so does my wife. We decided to shoot a video of me running - in
every country we visited . It was inspired by Matt Harding, who dances badly around the world.
The logo you see on one of my shirts is that of Innovation Factory, the company I work at. They don't sponsor me, but sometimes they allow me to go on a somewhat longer holiday.
As you might have guessed, I'm not really running from country to country. It would be an entirely different project, such as The Longest Way.
